AmeriShade Inc was formed in 2005 by industry veterans, many of whom were directly responsible for the introduction of cable tensioned fabric structures to unexplored markets.

Our Experience. AmeriShade principals have been in the shade industry since 1990. We have designed and constructed more than one hundred million square feet of coverage in locations throughout the United States for some of the biggest companies in the nation.

We use only the best materials and expect strict adherence to our demanding performance standards. Our structures are 100% welded - we use no nuts, bolts or spacers - and we tension and sew our canopies to the steel structure on site to assure a perfect fit every time the first time.

Our Competitive Price. Our custom-built structures are priced lower than mass produced modular structures, providing more value for the money. Our Guarantee. We stand behind our work and we have a simple, easily understood
warranty: The first five years of the ten year term are non-prorated. This means, simply put, that excluding acts of God, abuse, vandalism, or misuse, if the structure is damaged or fails for any reason, we will fix it at our cost. You will not be charged for travel, labor or material during that period if the structure fails.
