We understand that the decision to pursue a project is often a question of costs. For that reason, AmeriShade is happy to present a preliminary estimate of the costs to complete your project. Our estimate is based upon your description of the areas to be covered and your location. While we expect our actual bid to be within the minimum and maximum prices provided to you, our estimate is non-binding and subject to change upon an actual site visit.
Our calculations are based upon typical designs and average conditions for projects of a similar nature. As a consequence, we are unable to estimate the costs of project that require unique designs, will be constructed under unusual working conditions, or meet construction requirements in excess of code.
This estimate is to be used solely for planning purposes. It is not a commitment by either party to deliver or pay for any structure that may be the subject of the estimate.
