AmeriShade Inc. warrants all workmanship and materials for a period of ten (10) years from the date of substantial completion, the first five (5) years are a NON-PRORATED warranty. The only exclusions are willful abuse, Acts of God (i.e. tornadoes, hurricanes, etc.) or weather patterns that exceed the average mean for that geographical location for the installation as determined by the National Weather Service. Warranty is limited to the specific building code requirements for the geographical location of the installation, unless purchaser has specifically ordered and paid for the engineering / workmanship / materials required to exceed the building code.
AmeriShade Inc.'s shade cloth is warranted for five (5) years against failure due to deterioration, break down, mildew, heat, cold, fading or discoloration with the exception of the colors red and burgundy, which have a three (3) year warranty.
Warranty owner shall notify AmeriShade, in writing, of any warranty claim. Warranty is non-transferable unless authorized and agreed to by AmeriShade in writing. AmeriShade reserves the right to repair or replace any item at their option. AmeriShade shall not in any event be liable for indirect, special, consequential, or liquidated damages.
The warranty set forth above shall be the purchaser's sole and exclusive warranty.
